Personal and Corporate Tax Senior
We are looking for a Personal and Corporate Tax Senior to join our friendly tax department.
This role would be best suited to someone who has just completed their ATT qualification or someone with experience in tax.
With the support from our senior management team, you will get to work with a broad range of clients and your role will include:
Looking after a portfolio of around 300 personal tax clients, preparing self-assessment tax returns and assisting with client queries and advice
Attending client meetings and corresponding with clients over the telephone and in writing
Contacting HMRC to change tax codes, chase refunds and any other ad hoc queries, etc.
Reviewing and submitting Corporation Tax returns
Assist in preparing P11Ds
Preparing and submitting Capital Gains Tax returns
Registering Trusts on the Trust Registration Service
The individual should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
You will receive ongoing support from our senior management team who will help you to achieve your long-term career goals and training is provided to fulfil qualification and CPD requirements.
Other information:
Ideally, we are looking for a full time senior (37.5 hour week), however, part time hours will be considered. The role is based in our Malvern office, with the offer of hybrid working.

Audit & Accounts Senior
We are looking to recruit a qualified or part qualified audit and accounts senior to join our team.
The role covers a range of auditing, accounting, taxation and business services.
You will get to work with a broad range of clients, ranging from small businesses, startups to substantial groups.
Acting as a business advisor your role will include:
Reporting to the Audit Manager/Partner
Carrying out statutory audits from planning stage through to completion
Having knowledge and experience of current auditing standards and approaches
Preparation of audit files using an electronic working paper system
Preparation of statutory accounts from client’s core records
Developing an understanding of our client’s and their businesses
Liaising with clients to discuss and resolve accountancy queries
Highlighting issues for the attention of senior management
Working as part of a team to undertake a variety of audit and accountancy tasks
The individual should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
A strong interest in owner managed businesses and general commercial awareness
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
You will receive ongoing support from our senior management team who will help you to achieve your long-term career goals and training provided to fulfil qualification and CPD requirements.
