Tax expert becomes Kendall Wadley’s latest partner

 

Leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, Kendall Wadley LLP, who have offices in Worcester, Malvern and Hereford have recently appointed Jeremy Clarke-Morris to the position of Partner.

Jeremy, who heads up the tax team at Kendall Wadley, initially acquired his specialist knowledge by working in the Inland Revenue. He then went on and spent eight years with Horwath Clark Whitehill in Cheltenham. Before joining Kendall Wadley, he spent an additional two years working in the Gloucestershire offices of 'Big 5' accountancy firm, Grant Thornton.

Jeremy specialises in all areas of personal and corporate taxation and has a particular interest in Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax planning. He also enjoys dealing with the taxation aspects of all corporate transactional work.

Kendall Wadley's rapidly increasing client base includes multinational companies, global companies with a base in the UK, owner managed businesses, as well as professional practices and non-profit making organisations. The firm also acts for a large number of high net worth individuals and Jeremy is able to offer specialist advice to all these types of clients.

Jeremy is the youngest partner at Kendall Wadley and is looking forward to helping to take the firm forward in to the future.

Commenting on the appointment, Mark Ashworth, Chief Executive Officer at Kendall Wadley said,

Jeremy, who lives in Worcester, has recently become a Worcestershire Ambassador. He is married with two daughters and in his spare time he plays golf and supports Worcester Warriors Rugby Club.
